Q: Will We be supplied with a report?

A: Yes, You will be emailed an electronic test report which is prepared off site once the test data file has been processed.  These reports contain individual asset IDs for each site along with an asset description for easy identification.

The report is emailed to you upon payment

Q: Will you charge a unit rate, an hourly rate, or a combination?

​

A: We charge by the "unit", or "tag". 

​

Depending on the amount of tags, there is a special rate for larger jobs

Q: How Often do we need our electrical cords tested:

A: Here is a rundown:

  • 3 months for construction, building and demolition

  • 6 months for factories, production and warehouse

  • 12 months where equipment/cord is prone to flexing (or open to abuse) i.e. schools, offices, office kitchen
